About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong, customer-focused, and highly motivated Founding Technical Solutions Manager to become one of the first members of our technical team.

This is not a traditional support role.

You will act as the technical bridge between customers, OEM partners, distributors, system integrators, and our sales team by helping customers evaluate, design, and deploy enterprise AI infrastructure and data center technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, solving complex technical challenges, interacting with enterprise customers, and building something meaningful from the ground up.

The role requires frequent travel across India for customer meetings, partner visits, product demonstrations, exhibitions, technical workshops, and solution discussions.

Technical Training & Development

At OneCarat Technologies, continuous learning is an important part of the role.

The selected candidate will undergo technical training and product enablement from our global OEM and technology partners whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Provide technical pre-sales support to enterprise customers and channel partners.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Design and recommend networking and infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with international OEM partners for product evaluation, compatibility, and technical support.
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and customer implementations.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and product documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging AI infrastructure and enterprise technologies.
- Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, distributors, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Represent OneCarat Technologies at customer meetings, industry conferences, exhibitions, and partner events.

Preferred Experience
- 4–10 years of experience in enterprise networking, AI infrastructure, data centers, telecom, or related technologies.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, system engineering, enterprise infrastructure, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Comfortable interacting with enterprise customers and technology partners.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Passion for learning emerging technologies.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹6–8 LPA
- Annual Bonus: Up to 10–20% based on overall performance
