Key Responsibilities:-

-Lead technology-driven transformation projects, including Application Outsourcing, System Integration,Cloud Migration, and Application Modernization.

-Define and implement data strategies aligned with business processes and enterprise architecture standards, including HLD, LLD, data modeling, database standards, and data lake/analytics solutions.

-Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and participate in client presentations,demonstrating strong technical and business acumen.

-Own the sign-off for technology solutions, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams, optimal service design, and cost-effective delivery models.

-Provide hands-on expertise in solution design, including data ingestion patterns for complex analytics systems.

-Possess deep technical knowledge in at least one domain (Python, Java,



.NET, or PHP) with the ability to design multi-technology solutions. -Architect and oversee end-to-end data architecture, frameworks, and technical strategies, ensuring seamless testing and implementation.

-Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure efficient operation of enterprise data lakes.

-Define and manage data flows, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and security.

-Bring experience across multiple domains, such as Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Retail,Support sales and solutioning for small to mid-size deals in App Modernization, Microservices, Automation, RPA, and AI/ML.

-Prepare and present project financials to delivery and sales leadership. -Participate in client orals, workshops, and due diligence engagements. Requirements:-

-Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in solution architecture focused on ecosystem tools and technologies.

-Successfully delivered at least 3 data solutions into production as an Architect. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making.

-Structured, problem-solving mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

-Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment.

-At least one foundational certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP. -Ability to understand client business challenges and translate them into impactful technology solutions.
