Technical Support-3+Years- Bengaluru

We are hiring a Technical Support (Yardi PMS) for a real estate organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Yardi or other Property Management Systems, SQL, ETL, and Python/C#. You will provide application support, resolve technical incidents, automate repetitive processes, develop reports, and support global business users.

Location : Bengaluru

Responsibilities :

1. Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to Yardi Property Management System (PMS).
2. Troubleshoot application issues by collaborating with business users, on-site teams, and vendors.
3. Develop and maintain SQL-based ETL pipelines, customized reports, and data solutions.
4. Automate repetitive tasks and utilities using Python or C# to improve efficiency.
5. Perform end-to-end testing and quality assurance for application releases and upgrades.
6. Create Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and support issue escalations to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
2. 3+years of experience with Yardi or similar Property Management Systems (RealPage, Entrata, or Lavanda).
3. Hands-on experience with Python or C# for automation and scripting.
4. Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL development, and database management.
5. Good understanding of data warehousing concepts; Azure knowledge is preferred.
6.



Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with exposure to Agile environments.
