Key Requirements

- 5–7 years of

US Technical Recruiting experience.

- Strong understanding of

SDLC and software engineering technologies

.

- Proven experience hiring

Software Engineers, Java, Python, UI/Full Stack, DevOps, TPM, AI/ML, and Data Engineering professionals.

- Solid experience with

W2 hiring and well-versed in

US work authorization

, including USC, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, and H4/L2 EAD.

- Strong sourcing and screening skills using

LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean/X-Ray search, and job boards

.

- Ability to understand technical JDs, conduct effective candidate screening, and manage the process from sourcing through onboarding.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced US staffing environment

.
