Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of IT recruitment experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work on multiple technology requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for niche and emerging technology roles.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve hiring targets and ensure quick turnaround times.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technology hiring across domains such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, or related technologies.
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
- Previous experience in IT Staffing or Recruitment Consulting is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools will be a plus.
