Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for Non-IT roles.

Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates.

Understand US work authorization, visa processes, and recruitment best practices.

Manage multiple hiring requirements while meeting recruitment targets.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the US recruitment process, work authorization, and visa types is preferred.

Detail-oriented with excellent listening and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
