Role Description The Technical Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for technical positions. This role includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical evaluations, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.

The Technical

Recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, write and post job descriptions, and use multiple channels (job boards, social media, skilled networks) to attract qualified candidates.



The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine role requirements and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for a variety of technical roles.
- Candidates should possess experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring, including working closely with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication and confident, inclusive interpersonal communication.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and modern recruitment platforms.
- Ability to assess technical and cultural fit, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet agreed timelines.
- Previous experience recruiting in technology or IT services environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to fair, unbiased hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
