IntelyHood Technologies is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in technical recruitment and talent acquisition while gaining hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding activities and HR documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 3–6 months of Technical Recruitment internship experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced workplace.
