The ideal candidate should possess solid project management expertise (70%) along with technical knowledge (30%) in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI/ML technologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, and governance.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project health, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership.
Collaborate with technical teams on cloud-based solutions and AI/ML initiatives.
Support solution discussions involving Google Cloud Platform (GCP),
Devops and modern AI/ML technologies.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery excellence.
Required Skills 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Project/Program Management expertise.
70% experience in Project Management and Delivery Management.
30% technical experience with hands-on understanding of:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Mandatory
AI/ML concepts and cloud-based solutions
Cloud architecture and modern application delivery
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications Experience managing cloud transformation or AI/ML projects.
Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
