About The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of custom ERP solutions, integrations, and internally developed ISV products. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope, aligning with strategic business objectives. As a key driver of project success, you will own the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, working closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients.

This is not a role limited to coordination; it requires proactive leadership, technical understanding, and a strong execution mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex software projects, particularly in ERP environments, and possess excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the technical direction of projects, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams,



and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, especially within ERP or software development environments.

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead client calls and internal discussions confidently.

Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.

Experience working with development teams, validating scope, estimates, and technical feasibility.

Proficiency in project management tools like Smart Sheet or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully, handle ambiguity, and adapt to changing requirements.

Strong prioritization, decision-making, and ownership skills, with a track record of following through on commitments.

Background in software development or quality assurance is a plus.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and with US-based teams or clients is preferred.

Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent development projects, including ERP customizations, integrations, and ISV products.

Lead daily and weekly standups,



actively removing blockers to keep projects on track.

Translate complex business requirements into clear technical tasks for development teams.

Collaborate directly with developers and development managers to validate project scope, estimates, and technical feasibility.

Track project progress using tools like Smart Sheet, ensuring accountability and transparency.

Communicate proactively with internal leadership and clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and drive resolution strategies to mitigate issues.

Ensure deliverables meet both functional specifications and business expectations through rigorous quality checks.
