About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and growth of our EdTech products. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology professional with strong experience in building AI-powered products, taking products from idea to execution, and leading technical initiatives end-to-end.

We are particularly looking for someone who understands AI product building, not just software development — someone who can think about product use cases, user experience, business requirements, technology, and execution together.

The ideal candidate may also have some exposure to marketing, product growth, or customer acquisition, and entrepreneurial experience or prior experience working in a startup/product environment will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and oversee the development, maintenance, and product roadmap of our EdTech products.

* Lead the design, development, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered products and applications .

- Translate business and user requirements into practical AI product solutions.

* Take ownership of products from ideation and prototyping to development, launch, and continuous improvement .

- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding requirements and translating them into product and technical solutions.
- Drive technical architecture, engineering best practices, and technology decisions.
- Work closely with founders, product, design, engineering, and other teams to deliver products effectively.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements for scalability, reliability, security, and user experience.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI technologies to improve existing products and create new product capabilities.

* Contribute to product strategy and help identify opportunities for improving product adoption, positioning, and growth .





- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical application to our products.

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development, technology, product engineering, or a related field.

* Proven experience building and launching AI-powered products or applications .

- Robust understanding of AI product development, including technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, and conversational AI.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to understand both technical feasibility and user/business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building AI-first or AI-enabled products, particularly in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer applications.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or conversational AI.
- Previous entrepreneurial experience, such as having built a startup, launched a product independently, or worked in an early-stage startup with significant ownership.
- Some understanding or experience of marketing, product growth, user acquisition, go-to-market, or product positioning.
- Experience working closely with founders or business teams to shape product strategy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working in startup or product-driven organizations.
- Experience with AI for Learning and Development / EdTech.
