Job Overview:

- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on prioritized features.

- Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Manager.

- Understand Vision, objectives, feature sets of the product.

- Validate completed work against business needs, user value, AI performance, and technical expectations.

- Balance new features, AI enhancements, technical debt, and bugs without compromising velocity or quality.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth), payload structures, error codes, and service interactions.

- Ability to review API contracts, debug integration issues,



validate request/response flows, and coordinate versioning.

- Experience with event-driven architecture and dependency mapping.

- API Tools: Postman, Swagger, Insomnia

- Cloud: Azure (High level working understanding)

- Delivery tools: Aha, Rally

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinements, and Retrospectives.

- Coordinate release planning and deployment readiness with Product, RTM and engineering leads.

- Identify and eliminate blockers across teams and dependencies.

- Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and surface insights to improve predictability.

- Foster a collaborative, accountable, self-organizing work environment while protecting the team from unnecessary distractions.
