We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Azure infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, CI/CD automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and production support while mentoring engineering teams and driving infrastructure modernization initiatives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer / Technical Lead to lead cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing Linux and Windows environments, implementing Infrastructure as Code, building CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes clusters, and supporting highly available production systems.

The candidate should also demonstrate technical leadership by mentoring teams, driving automation initiatives, collaborating with architects and development teams,



and ensuring operational excellence across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Administer Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Ansible.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
- Implement deployment automation and release management processes.
- Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability.
- Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, IAM, secrets management, and security compliance.
- Design and manage Disaster Recovery, Backup, Replication, and Business Continuity strategies.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.
- Participate in architecture discussions and drive infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Ensure infrastructure availability, scalability, performance, and security.

Qualifications & Certifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
