We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead with 8-10 years of experience in Python development, application support, and production operations. The role involves supporting enterprise applications, troubleshooting production issues, managing deployments, maintaining application stability, and driving automation initiatives in an Agile workplace.

Key Skills:

- Python, SQL, Shell Scripting (Bash), basic JavaScript
- Django framework
- Kubernetes, Jenkins, Harness, Git, CI/CD
- Linux & Windows administration
- Dynatrace, Application Monitoring, Incident Management, RCA
- Container deployment and troubleshooting
- Oracle Cloud (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support Python-based applications and automation solutions




- Monitor application health and resolve production incidents
- Manage deployments, upgrades, security patches, and releases
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Database, and Vendor teams
- Support CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery processes
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain operational documentation

Preferred Experience:

- Banking/Financial Services domain
- Security patching and vulnerability remediation
- High-availability and mission-critical systems
- Application modernization and cloud-native support
