As a Business Development Executive at ZionStar, you will help grow our reach: identifying prospective universities, EdTech companies and training providers, starting conversations, and connecting them with the right ZionStar products and services. This is a people-first role where curiosity and drive matter more than years of experience — freshers are welcome and mentored into a strong sales foundation.
Key responsibilities
Your day to day
Research and identify prospective clients across education and training
Start conversations through email, calls and social outreach
Understand client needs and connect them to the right solution
Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM and follow up diligently
Work with the growth team to move opportunities forward

Solid communication and interpersonal skills
