Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Chennai. The Telecaller will contact prospective and existing clients to explain financial products such as insurance, loans, and investment options, and to generate leads and appointments for the advisory team. Daily tasks include making outbound and handling inbound calls, answering basic product queries, and recording accurate information in the system. The role also involves following up on leads, maintaining call logs, meeting assigned targets,



and coordinating with sales and advisory staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
Basic knowledge or interest in insurance, loans, and investment products, with a willingness to learn.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle queries, address concerns, and maintain trust.
Ability to work with call logs and simple CRM or spreadsheet tools to track leads and follow-ups.
Goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to work towards daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Valuable command of English and local languages commonly spoken in Chennai.
Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred
