Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with Charge Point Operators and other stakeholders in the EV ecosystem. The associate will conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings, and will prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and clients. Daily tasks include managing prospect pipelines, supporting negotiations,



coordinating with internal teams to align on solutions, and providing regular reports on business development activities and results. The role requires proactive engagement with the local market and participation in meetings, events, and visits to prospective clients.
Qualifications
Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
Proven ability in lead generation and prospecting for current business opportunities.
Competence in market research, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Basic understanding of the EV charging or renewable energy sector is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
