Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices and other end-user IT issues.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office and approved business applications.




Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and peripheral-related issues, including RAM, storage devices, printers and scanners.
Carry out installation, replacement and basic maintenance of approved hardware components.
Configure printers, scanners and other peripheral devices and resolve related issues.
Provide basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and network-connectivity support.
Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
Assist with employee onboarding, transfer and offboarding activities, including system preparation, user setup, software installation and IT asset handover or recovery.
Maintain an updated inventory of laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, software licences and other IT assets.
Maintain records of support requests, actions taken, pending issues and resolutions.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
