Role Summary:
As a Senior Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) Specialist in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, you will play a key role in the contingent labor program's end-to-end operations, managing the worker lifecycle, including staff augmentation, SOW consultants, and freelance workers. You will oversee the requisition creation, sourcing, onboarding, extensions, conversions, offboarding, management and compliance of a company's non-employee labor force.



You will proactively manage the worker and contract lifecycle by partnering with internal and external stakeholders and the contingent labor MSP to ensure smooth operations and provide general oversight.

Responsibilities:
Support daily CWP operations, including contracting, resource onboarding, assignment modifications, and offboarding.
Should have a sound knowledge of commercial and contract negotiation.
Safeguard program finances by verifying that all contingent resources are properly backed by active contracts and Purchase Orders (POs).
Manage real-time records within the Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure data integrity across the program.
Manage vendor compliance against established Agreements, Rate cards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and expectations.
Generate and distribute reports on workforce metrics, program financials, key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain
