Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-centric and proactive Customer Relationship Associate who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage customer queries, support order fulfillment, maintain accurate customer records,



and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-ups, and proactive engagement to improve customer retention and satisfaction

Customer Support & Order Coordination

Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to manage customer requirements, order processing, dispatch updates, and service-related requests.
Handle customer complaints efficiently by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and seamless service delivery.

Customer Database & Reporting

Maintain and regularly update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and periodic dat
