We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Account Manager to manage and grow enterprise client portfolios. The role focuses on customer success, account growth, delivery governance, commercial ownership, and serving as a trusted technology advisor. As an AI-first organisation, the candidate is expected to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and identify AI-led opportunities for clients.

Key Responsibilities –
● Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, account health, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
● Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and executive sponsors, understand their business priorities, and recommend technology, AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
● Develop and execute account growth strategies, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and identify opportunities for referrals, renewals, upselling,cross-selling, and current engagements.
● Own commercial activities including proposals, estimations, Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs),



contract discussions, invoicing coordination, payment follow-ups, and renewals.
● Partner with Delivery, Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Finance teams to ensure successful project execution, proactively manage risks, resolve escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
● Monitor account performance, including revenue, profitability, resource utilisation, delivery metrics, and forecasts, while providing regular business updates to leadership.
● Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity across research, proposal development, account planning, reporting, and meeting documentation.
● Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and emerging technologies can create measurable business value for clients, working closely with internal solution and AI teams.
