Job Overview

Gathers complex requirements, analyzes, plans, designs, configures, tests, deploys, rolls out, and maintains highly complex enterprise systems to support the organization and business needs.

Job Requirements

Customizing and implementing enterprise system components, modules, and features. Participating in the documentation and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
Facilitating the documentation of current business processes and future state mapping.
Monitoring the analysis of information and providing recommendations to address and overseeing the resolution of enterprise system and business issues for a specific function.
Customizing and configuring workflow to integrate client/server applications more effectively,



testing layouts to ensure that the system meets corporate needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support GPMS application functionality by analyzing issues, validating business logic, and assisting with enhancements.
Develop and maintain application components using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web/API layers).
Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validations to support application processing and troubleshooting.
Perform full stack analysis and debugging across UI, service, and database layers.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and data mappings.
Execute unit testing, functional testing, and regression testing for enhancements and defect fixes.
Assist in UAT support, including test data preparation, defect triaging, and validation of fixes.
