Role: Senior .NET Technical Lead
Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
What We're Looking For:
Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.
Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and driving technical solutions.
Ability to lead projects, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.




Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best coding practices.
Experience with Azure, CI/CD, Microservices, and AI-assisted code generation is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise .NET applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure application performance and reliability.
