What You’ll Do
Lead the visual thinking and execution for all new business pitches and strategic presentations.
Design breakthrough campaign concepts and key visuals that become the foundation for integrated campaigns.
Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, client servicing teams, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
Turn insights into compelling visual stories that persuade, inspire, and win.
Set the creative benchmark for high-impact projects across the agency.
Build presentation decks that clients remember long after the meeting ends.
Mentor and guide designers working on marquee projects.
Stay ahead of design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging visual cultures.
What You Need
5–8 years of experience in advertising, branding, or integrated agencies.
A portfolio that demonstrates robust conceptual thinking—not just polished execution.
Exceptional presentation design and storytelling skills.
Ability to work across branding, campaigns, digital, social, and experiential.
Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys solving creative challenges.
