Role Description This is a full time, on-site Industrial Painter role based in the Pune District.



The Industrial Painter will prepare metal components and construction attachments for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying appropriate surface treatments. The role involves mixing and matching paints according to specifications, operating spray guns and other painting equipment, and applying coatings to ensure proper thickness, coverage, and finish. The Industrial Painter will inspect completed work for quality, perform touch-ups as needed, and follow safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards in the paint booth and workshop areas. The role also includes maintaining painting tools and equipment, documenting work performed, and collaborating with production and quality teams to meet schedule and quality targets.
Qualifications
Hands-on skills in industrial painting, including surface preparation, spray painting, and application of primers and topcoats on metal components.
Knowledge of paint types, coating systems, mixing ratios,
