What You'll Do
Define and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual operating plan.
Identify growth opportunities, current customer segments, strategic partnerships, and acquisition channels.
Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings.
Design and optimize customer journeys across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Develop integrated demand generation strategies across digital, offline, and partner channels.
Improve marketing funnel performance through experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization.
Establish scalable marketing processes, governance, and operational excellence.




Manage marketing technology, CRM, automation platforms, and performance reporting.
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, growth marketing, and marketing operations.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution.
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics, and performance dashboards.
Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using insights and analytics to optimize marketing performance.
