Role Description The Academic Trainer (IELTS/PTE) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The trainer will deliver classroom and individual coaching for IELTS and PTE, including explaining exam formats, teaching test strategies, and improving learners’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans,



designing practice materials and mock tests, assessing performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate progress records. The trainer will support learners with exam registration guidance, coordinate schedules with the counseling and visa teams when needed, and contribute to ongoing improvement of training content and methods.
Qualifications
Strong command of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, with the ability to teach reading, writing, listening, and speaking for IELTS/PTE.
Experience in academic or test-prep training, ideally in IELTS, PTE, or other English proficiency exams, with familiarity with official test formats and scoring criteria.
Effective classroom management, lesson planning, and instructional design skills to create structured, engaging, and goal-oriented sessions.
Ability to assess learner performance, provide clear feedback, and adapt teaching
