Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Surat. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for solar EPC projects, industrial electrical panels, and engineering consultancy services.



Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding project requirements, presenting solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves coordinating with technical teams to align offerings with client needs, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. The specialist will also support marketing activities such as local campaigns, participating in industry events, and maintaining accurate records of leads, sales performance, and market feedback.
Qualifications
