Role Description:
The CNC and VMC Machine Operators is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and VMC machines to manufacture precision components for mechanical seals. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, loading materials, and adjusting machine parameters to meet specifications.
The CNC and VMC Machine Operator inspects finished parts, performs basic maintenance on machinery, and documents production data to support quality control and continuous improvement. Collaboration with production and quality teams is expected to ensure safe, effective operations and adherence to company standards.
Qualification:
• ITI (Machinist, Turner, Fitter or related trades)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor CNC/VMC machines
• Maintain quality standards and production targets
• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting
