The Team Lead – Admissions Counselor will be responsible for leading the admissions team, driving student enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an exceptional counseling experience for prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Admission Coordinator team.
Drive admissions and revenue targets for certification programs.
Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Guide counselors on objection handling and admission closures.
Ensure timely follow-up of webinar attendees and inbound leads.
Track team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Maintain accurate CRM records and admission reports.
Supervise day-to-day admissions operations, team performance.
Resolve student queries and escalations effectively.

Qualification & Experience
