Role Description The Real Estate Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This position involves meeting prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable residential and commercial properties. The Real Estate Advisor will coordinate property visits, present project features and pricing, and support clients throughout the decision-making and documentation process. Daily tasks include managing leads, maintaining client relationships, negotiating terms within company guidelines,



and collaborating with internal teams and developers to meet sales targets. The role also includes staying updated on local market trends and participating in training and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad market dynamics.
Proven Sales abilities with experience in lead conversion, client relationship management, and target achievement.
Effective Negotiation skills to support fair, transparent agreements between clients and developers.
Experience in Training or mentoring peers or new team members on products, processes, and sales best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours when required by client schedules.
Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreads
