Role Overview

We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale demand generation across channels. This role sits at the intersection of growth, analytics, and customer experience, and will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving conversion funnels, and contributing directly to business growth.

You'll work closely with founders, sales, creative, and product teams to ensure marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
Drive high-quality lead generation while optimizing for cost efficiency and downstream conversions.




Improve lead-to-visit and visit-to-closure conversion through better audience targeting, messaging, and funnel optimization.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize landing pages, website journeys, and conversion experiences.
Partner with sales and creative teams to align campaigns with business priorities and customer insights.
Track and analyze performance across channels, and build regular reporting frameworks.
Translate data into actionable insights and continuously experiment to improve performance.
Manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI across acquisition channels.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.

Desired Skills & Experience

2–7 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
