Role Overview
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and data-driven Manager - Growth & Revenue to build and scale PRMAI's revenue engine globally.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully scaled a B2B SaaS product through a combination of:
• Product-Led Growth (PLG)
• Digital Demand Generation
• Self-Serve SaaS Acquisition
• Inside Sales
• Revenue Operations
• AI-Driven Growth Strategies

You will own the complete customer acquisition and revenue funnel—from website visitors and free trial users to paid subscriptions, expansions, and recurring revenue growth.




This is a strategic leadership role with significant ownership and direct impact on company growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth
• Own end-to-end revenue generation targets.
• Build predictable revenue pipelines and growth models.
• Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
• Optimize customer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion metrics.
Product-Led Growth (PLG)
• Design and execute self-serve growth strategies.
• Improve visitor-to-signup conversion rates.
• Optimize onboarding experiences.
• Build activation journeys that reduce time-to-value.
• Increase free trial to paid conversion rates.
• Drive product adoption and usage expansion.
Demand Generation
Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies across:
