Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabiliser (Haryana) is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. This role involves overseeing branch operations, managing sales and service activities, and ensuring effective distribution of voltage stabilisers and related products in the region. The Branch Manager will lead and mentor the branch team, set and monitor sales targets, coordinate with channel partners and key customers,



and ensure excellent customer service and timely after-sales support. Daily tasks include planning market visits, tracking inventory and logistics, preparing performance reports, aligning branch activities with company policies, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also requires collaboration with senior management to develop local growth strategies and drive brand visibility in Haryana.
Qualifications
Sales and business development skills, including territory management, lead generation, and relationship building with distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
Branch operations and team management skills, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and staff coaching in a branch or regional office environment.
