Experience working with ERP systems and performing functional consultancy tasks to support business process improvements. ? Hands-on experience using Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI for API testing, validation, and documentation. ? Ability to create transparent and effective process flow diagrams using tools like Lucid chart, Draw.io, or Microsoft Visio. ? Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. ? Familiarity with ERD tools and data modelling platforms to support business and technical requirements. ?
