Sterling ITC Group is seeking an experienced professional to establish and manage a dedicated technical recruitment and expert-sourcing function for railway and metro consultancy assignments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, evaluating and maintaining relationships with railway and metro professionals required for consultancy bids and project mobilisation. The role will support business development, proposal and project teams by ensuring that suitable key experts and supporting professionals are available against specific EOI, RFP and contractual requirements.
This is not a general corporate recruitment position. The role requires hands-on experience in sourcing infrastructure-consultancy professionals, evaluating CVs against tender criteria and maintaining submission-ready expert documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Source key experts and technical professionals for railway, metro, high-speed rail and urban transit consultancy assignments.
Develop and maintain a structured database of railway and metro professionals across India and international markets.
Identify experts through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, railway organisations, PSUs, consultancy firms and industry associations.
Review RFP and tender requirements to understand:
mandatory educational qualifications;
total and relevant experience;
specific project experience;
regional or international experience;
qualified registrations;
age and availability requirements.
Evaluate candidate CVs against specific tender criteria and prepare compliance assessments.
Coordinate preparation and standardisation of expert CVs in prescribed client formats.
Collect and verify supporting documents, including:
educational certificates;
employment certificates;
project experience certificates;
professional registrations;
passport and identification documents;
availability declarations;
undertakings and consent letters.
