Job Summary: Join our fast-growing team as Senior Growth Manager, driving
innovation and scale for the Direct-to-Consumer business of Nat Habit. You will have an open charter to grow the business with focus on consumer lifecycle management through communication and product strategies to drive LTV.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive repeat purchases through retention and reactivation strategies.
• Develop communication strategies to drive engagement and purchases.
• Lead the enhancement and optimization of the current website for an improved user experience and subsequent conversions.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience.
• Ideate and execute new features to drive business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to align recent initiatives with overall business strategy.
Ideal candidate will have:
• Demonstrated success in driving growth
• Around 4-7 years of experience in growth role in B2C segment. Focus on CLM and/or product is preferable
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from available data and convert them in to implementable ideas.
