What you will be doing?
Manage end-to-end sourcing for blue-collar hiring across the Middle East.
Support sourcing and coordination for recruitment drives
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Workday, local job portals, employee referrals, and market references.
Build solid talent pipelines for construction and engineering roles while ensuring quality and turnaround time.
Coordinate with team to understand hiring requirements and market availability.
Are you the one?
2–3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure hiring or blue collar hiring.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Workday, and local sourcing channels
Strong sourcing, networking, and coordination skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Any Graduate with a Master's in HR (preferred).
