Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented M.Sc./M.Tech graduate in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering Physics, or a related field to join our Research & Development team. The candidate will contribute to the investigation of physical phenomena, development of experimental methodologies, data analysis, and technology development activities. The role requires strong analytical thinking, experimental skills, and the ability to translate scientific understanding into practical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and perform experiments to investigate and validate physical principles relevant to ongoing R&D; projects.
Analyze experimental data and derive meaningful insights using scientific and statistical methods.
Develop and validate analytical and numerical models to understand system behavior and performance.
Conduct literature reviews and technology scouting to support research initiatives.
Design experimental setups and assist in the characterization of materials, devices, and systems.
Develop scripts and workflows in Python/MATLAB for scientific computing, data processing, and visualization.
Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation of research activities.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and research summaries.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support prototype development, testing, and validation.
Troubleshoot experimental setups and recommend improvements to enhance measurement accuracy and reliability.
