We're looking for an experienced Technical BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation, establish company-wide BIM standards, and support multidisciplinary project teams across high-impact Architecture projects across International & Domestic level.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead BIM implementation and execution across projects.
✔ Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
✔ Conduct BIM Execution Planning (BEP/BxP) sessions and ensure project teams follow company BIM standards.
✔ Review Revit models at key project milestones to ensure quality, consistency, and efficient modeling practices.
✔ Provide technical support for Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
✔ Plan and deliver BIM training programs for project teams.
✔ Manage Autodesk software deployments, updates, and license administration.
Required Qualifications
✔ 10–15 years of experience in BIM/Architecture.
✔ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is a must
✔ Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
✔ Experience leading BIM workflows and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
✔ Experience working with Design, engineering or real estate companies is a must
✔ Knowledge of Revit API, MEP, Structure, COBie, and CMMS integration will be an added advantage.
