Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Relationship Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and prospective clients to drive business growth. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and field sales skills, along with a strong understanding of the Sonipat real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and key stakeholders across Sonipat and nearby regions.
Promote ongoing and upcoming real estate projects to brokers and prospective customers.




Conduct regular broker visits, presentations, and engagement activities to strengthen the partner network.
Distribute project brochures, welcome kits, and other marketing materials to channel partners.
Generate quality leads through broker and channel partner relationships.
Coordinate meetings between brokers, clients, and the Sales Head/Management team.
Ensure timely follow-ups with brokers and prospects to maximize conversions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the broker network.
Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, pricing trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Support promotional events, site visits, and local marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports of broker visits, meetings, leads, and sales activities.
