7–12 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Program Management
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple delivery teams
Experience supporting and coordinating Program Increment (PI) Planning activities
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and governance
Proven experience delivering large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience managing project financials, budgets, and funding allocations
Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Agile project management tools
Preferred Skills
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI-ACP certification.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
Exposure to release management and portfolio/project governance.
