We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (4–7 years’ experience) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
* Cost estimation and budgeting
* Tender and quotation analysis
* Cost monitoring and variation management
* Coordination with Design, Architecture, Structural & MEP consultants
* Basic understanding of engineering drawings and design coordination
Requirements:
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
* 4–7 years of experience in residential projects
* Robust knowledge of QS, estimation, BOQs, and MS Excel
* Exposure to design coordination will be an added advantage
