Position Details
Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Thane Headquarters, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
Industry Preference: Healthcare recruitment preferred
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Clinical and Non-Clinical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media,



advertisements, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined recruitment TAT.
Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment effectively.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure smooth stakeholder management.
Recruit for positions such as Doctors, Staff Nurses, Pharmacists, Front Office Executives, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Corporate Roles.
Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of core recruitment experience.
Proven experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
Healthcare recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
