What We’re Looking For:

We are excited to be looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be an integral part of

our dynamic team, collaborating closely with the Field Marketing leads to support

executing marketing initiatives for the APAC EN markets that span across Southeast

Asia, India, and Australia.

We are seeking a proactive, systems-orientated, and resourceful Marketing Specialist

who takes initiative and is passionate about marketing, excels at problem-solving, and

demonstrates strong attention to detail. This role offers an exciting chance to

What You'll Do:

Own the setup-up, execution (pre, during and post) and reporting of marketing programs -

primarily email campaigns, webinars and in-person events (owned and sponsored)

Manage the briefing,



task submission and execution of required supporting teams (marketing

operations, content, creative) through Asana

Pre and post campaign data management - including extracting and uploading list for targeted

campaigns, campaign outcomes, data cleansing and enrichment

Primary responsible for ensuring that all marketing calendars, activity trackers,

campaign reporting documents and internal marketing websites are kept up to

date (Asana, Google suite, CMS platforms)

Raise purchase order requisitions through Netsuite, manage payment processes

through Accounts Payable and ensure required program expenses and budget

tracker documents are kept up to date (Google suite)

Support various administrative marketing tasks such as gifting initiatives,

awards, filing, and internal communications

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of

marketing initiatives.
