The Role
We are looking for a mid-level Growth Product Manager (3–6 years of experience) to join our team and help drive the vision and execution of our Customer Engagement & Experience suite. You
will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and
ensure successful go-to-market outcome.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the product vision and roadmap.
Conduct market research, customer interviews,
and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
● Define product differentiators and translate them into actionable requirements.
● Prioritize features balancing client needs and long-term product goals.
● Write user stories, PRDs, and wireframes; partner with engineering to deliver
high-quality releases.
● Ensure the product:
○ Creates a seamless, personalized experience for end users.
○ Drives measurable ROI for our clients.
○ Is simple to integrate and adopt.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner across GTM, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams.
What we’re looking for
3–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B/B2C SaaS or martech setting.
Strong understanding of data, databases, and APIs.
