Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-time | Mon-Fri WFO
Function: Brand Marketing
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a sharp, highly driven and creatively inclined Assistant Brand Manager to help bring the Andamen brand to life across campaigns, content, commerce and customer touchpoints.
About the Role
The Assistant Brand Manager will play a central role in the planning and execution of Andamen’s brand calendar.
You will work across new collection launches, category campaigns, content, social media, digital commerce, CRM, creator collaborations and brand-led initiatives. The role requires someone who can combine strong brand thinking with disciplined execution, translating strategy into clear briefs, high-quality creative output and coordinated go-to-market plans.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable developing a campaign brief, reviewing a creative asset, coordinating across teams, analysing performance and ensuring that every customer-facing output reflects the Andamen brand.

Brand and Campaign Management
· Support the development and execution of seasonal launches, marquee campaigns, category initiatives and always-on brand communication.
· Translate brand and business objectives into transparent campaign plans, communication frameworks, briefs and deliverable matrices.
· Own campaign timelines, trackers, dependencies, approvals and execution across relevant channels.
· Ensure that each campaign has a clear consumer insight, product story, communication hierarchy and channel-specific rollout.
· Conduct post-campaign reviews covering performance, learnings and recommended actions.
Creative and Content Development
· Write and develop sharp creative briefs for campaigns, shoots, social content, performance marketing, website, CRM and marketplaces.
· Partner with designers, editors, photographers, production teams, agencies and external creators to deliver high-quality brand assets.
