Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting DALMAF’s services, and converting inquiries into qualified leads and sales.



The Telesales Executive will follow up on leads, maintain call logs and customer records, and provide prompt information and support to clients. The role also includes handling basic customer queries, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and meeting daily and monthly targets. The Telesales Executive is expected to maintain professional communication standards and consistently represent the company’s values in all interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve basic issues effectively.
Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch services, and close deals.
