Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals, setting daily targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to ensure sales objectives are met. The Sales Team Lead will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
