Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans to address challenges and optimize outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
Strong knowledge of production planning concepts and discrete manufacturing processes.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to support business work
